While the store officially closes at 10 PM every night except Sunday, customers participating in events downstairs don't have to leave the store until 11. Some may even stay later -- members of the 'Arvard 'Ardboyz and participants in our Monday Night and Friday Night Magic drafts are allowed to remain in the store until their games wrap up, regardless of how long it takes.
However, the store register will close at 10 PM, at which point our staff will start end of day processing. After the register has closed, we cannot process any transactions whatsoever -- if you want to make any last-minute purchases, do so before 10. If you are leaving the store after 10, only use the front door if there is a member of staff upstairs and available to lock up behind you. Otherwise, use the side door leading out to the parking lot.
On Sundays, all events must be wrapped up by 6 -- everybody leaves when the store closes.
Returning MerchandiseWe will accept returns made within seven days, if accompanied by a store receipt and if the merchandise is in saleable condition. Books that have obviously been read, or sealed products that have been opened, are not returnable. The return will be in the medium of exchange (cash, credit card, etc) that is indicated on the store receipt.
After Thanksgiving, Pandemonium extends the returns period until end of day on New Year's Eve (December 31st). Happy Holidays!

Get store credit for purchases! Frequent Buyer Club members receive $25 in store credit for every $250 worth of merchandise purchased at Pandemonium. This literally covers anything in store except gift certificates-- from soda to miniatures, almost every purchase puts you one step closer to credit!
Trade things in for store credit! If you're looking to clear out your closets and make a little bit of extra spending money n the side, having a store account will allow you to trade in a wide variety of things for store credit.
Place special orders! Want a book or a game, but can't find it on our shelves? If our distributors carry it, we'd be happy to order it for you.
To become a member, simply talk to our cashier on duty -- the signup process typically takes less than a minute, and only requires you to give us a name, zip code, and some way of getting in touch with you. All of your information is kept strictly confidential, and will not be sold on or otherwise abused.
Black Hole and Son of Black Hole
Sad to say, not everything we bring into the store sells. Fortunately for you, our loss can be your gain when deadbeat product is thrown into the depths of the Black Hole, our dedicated discount program. The original Black Hole shelf offers deep savings on used books, older magazines, and manga, and is located to the right of the back wall on the store's upper level. As of 2007, it's been joined by a younger sibling: Black Hole II is located downstairs next to the door to the gaming section, and offers discounted miniatures, RPGs, board games, and accessories.
Both Black Holes offer escalating discounts -- the longer something stays in the Black Hole, the steeper the discount eventually becomes. Items start off at 25% off, but given enough time, they'll drop to a princely 90%. All discounted items are marked by colored stickers.
